Acupuncture for the treatment of Stress

Stress is common for many people. Stress that is short-term can be a positive motivator, long-term it can have negative consequences for your mind and body.

From the traditional Chinese medicine perspective, stress affects qi and blood flow within the body, which can cause stagnation.
